Application form is available at the Supply Branch, DC Office, Williamnagar. The following documents need to be submitted along with the filled in application:
- Land Patta
- Electors’ Photo Identity Card (EPIC)
- Latest Receipt of Electricity Bill
- Latest Receipt of House Holding Tax
- Residential Certificate from Nokmas/ Ward Commissioners
